Yang for Yin Yoga

Through the below sequences, we look at the nourishing qualities of the Water element – sense of softness and vitality that gives us vibrations of grace, adaptability and consistent synchronisation, and explore how to connect with this element thought the technique of Vinyasa. Wherein we synchronise the body’s movements with the breath though Tai Chi inspired sequences.
